At Fashion Crux, a licensed business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items not caused by our error
Items returned without original packaging
Sale or discounted items unless they are defective

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items not in original condition
Items damaged or missing parts not caused by our error
Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as processing may take additional time.
Contact your bank.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the item.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
